Basketball highlights

last night i was watching the basketball highlights of many different teams and players like lebron james, kobe bryant, and chris paul, but the player's highlights that really caught my eye was allen iverson. when iverson played in the NBA he was a great player. He had speed , he could drive , he could shoot , and he even could dunk if he had to. I bet when defenders had to play him they were praying not to fall while on defense. The move that Iverson used the most was his famous crossover;this is a move when he would dribble the ball one way really fast then cross it back over even faster so he could get the defender far away from him. After he got enough space he could then shoot a open shot or drive it in to the hoop, but the reason I realy liked Iverson is because  he is short (6 feet) and he was so quick , just like me im only 5'2 and I can run faster then mostly anyone I play. Speed gives you the advantage  to get past a defender and to the court even quicker, the only thing about being short is its easier to get your shot blocked.

Target Employee Fights Black Friday Hours

This article I read about a employee that works at the store Target and is not happy with the fact that his boss is trying to make him work at midnight on black friday. He says that this shift will cut into his thanksgiving dinner. So he started a website to see how many people agree with the fact that working at midnight will cut into their holiday brake. On the website he got over 80,000 people to take his side on the protest. here is my opinion about working at midnight. First I think that opening at midnight is a good idea because they will get more costumers and more money. Also if you go to work early its more likely for you to get off early. But at the same time this will cut into your thanksgiving dinner and you spending time with your family. If I had to choose between working and staying home with my family I would most likely choose to work. The reason I would choose to work is not because I don't want to spend time with my family but because I will need the money to support my family and if you don't show up you will most likely get fired. Or instead of just not going to work you could call your boss and ask can you take off to spend time with your family he will most likely understand where your coming from and its a 50/50 chance of him saying yes.
